Chef Mieka
Chef Mieka, originally from Youngstown, Ohio, grew up in a family of passionate cooks with Southern and Western Georgia roots. Her love for the culinary arts began in elementary school. After earning a degree in Interior Design from The Ohio State University in 2003, she pursued her dream of becoming a professional chef by studying Pastry Arts at Columbus State roughly 8 years later. Chef Mieka’s love for travel fuels her ambition to expand her catering services internationally, and her ultimate dream is to appear on the Food Network.
